Biography

Ziyad Chaouki is a student at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University's Faculty of Governance, Economics, and Social Sciences in Rabat, majoring in International Relations with a minor in Data Analytics. As Executive President of 3DPolicy, a student-led think tank, his research interests include digital governance, political economy of technological innovation in Africa, and the intersection of mobile technologies with democratic development and state-society relations.
