Mission Officer - Vision & Strategy
I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Law at the Faculty of Governance, Economics and Social Sciences (FGSES) at UM6P.
As Mission Officer for Vision and Strategy at 3D Policy, I contribute to the think tank’s long-term direction, coordinate cross-functional projects, and support the design of strategic planning tools and internal frameworks.
My academic background and field engagements have shaped a strong interest in political systems, international relations, human rights, social justice, and global governance. I’m particularly drawn to questions of power, legitimacy, and the role of diplomacy in shaping a just and sustainable future for next generations.
Through my work, I aim to bring structure to complexity and help build data-informed, human-centered policy insights. I believe in the power of rigorous thinking, collective intelligence, and strategic curiosity to address today’s challenges.
I joined 3D Policy because I see it as a space where vision meets impact and where young voices matter. My approach is guided by a simple conviction: think at human scale, act at global scale.

The Fire Before the Atom: Israel strikes, a shaken World Order, and the Threshold War
In June 2025, Israel broke yet again with diplomatic convention, launching a surprise airstrike against Iran’s nuclear and military sites. Dubbed Operation Rising Lion, the offensive killed top Iranian generals and scientists, targeting over 40 strategic locations in what Israel called a preemptive defense against an imminent nuclear threat. The move, made without allied coordination, sparked immediate backlash: Iran launched over a hundred drones, and its regional proxies began mobilizing. Although Washington denied direct involvement, its prior repositioning of forces raised questions about silent complicity. As the region edges closer to open conflict, the strike has redefined deterrence thresholds, shaken sovereignty norms, and may deepen Iran’s nuclear ambitions instead of halting them.

War Beyond the Frame: When Siberia Awakens Under Drones
On June 1, 2025, Ukraine carried out an unprecedented drone strike deep within Russian territory, targeting strategic air bases in Belaya (Irkutsk) and Olenya (Murmansk), more than 4,300 km from the frontlines. This attack marks a radical turning point in the nature of warfare, challenging traditional spatial, temporal, and legal frameworks. War is no longer limited by borders, speed constraints, or established codes: it is becoming fluid, transnational, instantaneous, and normatively unstable. Drawing on theoretical frameworks by Hartmut Rosa, Zygmunt Bauman, and Gilles Lipovetsky, this brief explores the emergence of a desynchronized and decentered warfare model. Beyond the tactical implications, this strike invites a deeper rethinking of what security, sovereignty, and peace mean in the 21st century.
